a summary of experiences in my life.
a summary of life experience in work and business.
It took three years often and on to face it I needed a business plan to work with.I completed a small business management course on running a business.it was sponsored by score business consulting chapter in hyannis massachuttes.it helped yet it took more then two years of research to finally realize writing also sales were my strong points were I needed to focus on for investing in.we strive to find a way or ways of supplying money for our familys or a marriage .being it as rough I can relate partly so.I worked more then eleven years in customer service areas to the denial of it bringing partial trama into my life were I could not take a regular job of employment for a number of years following.the trama being only too real along with being disabled it was a blow to my ego or confidance in a number of ways.it was disappointing also being told to relax for awhile to take it easy that I had a rough break it happens to people.but why to me .I pondered this following a couple of years.

Life it seems is always challengeing also proveing disruptive moments happening.I find a mental training exercise were I try summarys of motivational pep talks in my mind are most helpful also addictive in good fashions of repeating thoughts I pray a lot at times too for cures or healing also strength in moments were I happen to be lowest sometimes.praying is worthwhile ,the angels I feel give signs of encouragement also motivation to be persistant in lifes face of struggles or situations.life is ominis at times.the way I see it as long as I don't become homeless again .I am in good hands of protective spirits also spirit guides too.I face a uphill challenge resulting of peoples defiance at times not being genius in results of motivations sometimes.I find courage from unspeakable situations I have faced or struggled guietly with in llife s instances with along with others too.haveing a wonderful and great support system around of people a few indivuals helps keep me motivated.they rescued me from the abyse of crime and struggles of homelessness.I was not in the military at all.yet I keep guiet about what I have seen or heard.a doctor told me two years ago I reminded him of a vetran even not being a vetran.

I had a customer who send me a fake check after she received the merchandise already. The account was closed and she used those checks a lot on Ebay to scam people. I should have reported her but I didn't. I guess when you do that you can get the merchandise for free and then close your buyer account on Ebay. I was scammed for fifty bucks. This is why you must receive the check first, don't ship your merchandise and then cash it out and make
sure that you can cash it out.
Customers complain about you
Customers can complain about you and it doesn't mean that it's the truth. They can just play you if they don't like the merchandise. I had a lady who complained about me on Paypal about the merchandise when it was her expectation that was too high or her assessment is unfair so my account was frozen for nothing, even when she received the merchandise.

My Laziness

My Laziness
One early 2009, when my dad bought a house for my brothers and me to start a business, I didn't want to go to work because I would be lazy to wake up early in the morning. Everyday, my brothers and my mom would ignore me or ignores me when I don't go to work due to laziness. I have never had a job and to suddenly work made it tough for me. I try to find excuses to not go to work and every time those excuses become worst and worst.
A lot of people try and talk to me or yell at me due to the fact that I am old enough not to talk to gently anymore about how much my dad has worked before in his life and still make him work for something I am responsible for, not to mentioned even if he bought the house for us. My dad should have been retiring by now until the business grew and I still get lazy in bed. I do go every now and then but I can tell I don't put my 100% on the business like my brothers do.
They try and mention to me about the money I could be making and everything else and that is the only thing I care about yet, I do not want to work for that money. I just the money to come to me without me doing anything at all.
When we were young, my dad bought houses at the places we used to live and it made me mad when he decided to sell them. I didn't think about how much my dad had to still be responsible for whenever the tenants break the faucets or pipes and make my dad be at 2 places at a time, like at the business job and then go to fix the pipe. My dad is at the age where he should relax. I decided to leave the business without thinking this way and yet my dad still supports me.
I get a lot of this from people and that I shouldn't act like this. Recently my dad wanted my brothers to buy a house for themselves and for me to live with them and he'll provide my part until finish school and they used that for a more good reason on how dumb I am for making my dad doing all this work. The one person who has all the time in the world yet doesn't want to do anything for it or to help. A lot of people got tired for my attitude, especially since I still get some of the profit without working for it.

Legal procedures you must follow when firing someone to avoid getting sued
Code of Ethics: Policies and Procedures
All organisations should have formal written policies in place on exactly what it is that they expect from their employees. A 'Code of Ethics' should be made available to new employees and even existing employees could be giving a refresher course on the existing policies. All employees should be made aware of the importance of this code and the seriousness in failing to follow these policies and procedures.
With the changes today in the way that organisations now rely on Social Networking sites, it is vital that companies include in their Code of Ethics rules and regulation on how social networking sites can be used by company employees. If organisations have staff members posting to sites such as Facebook or Twitter, then these members must be made aware of the limits on exactly how much information it is that they can post out there to others.
While social networking can work to an organisations advantage, one mis-quote or false accusation can lead to an employee or a company being held accountable for it in a court of law.
Writing a Code of Ethics
There are some basic facts which must be adhered to when writing a Code of Ethics.
1. The language should be relevant to the type of company it's for and it should be written in a way that is easily understandable by all the staff.
2. It should be generalised and not differentiate between management and employees. All staff should be expected to behave in the same way.
3. All departments of the organisation should be involved in its drafting to ensure all aspects of the organisation are accounted for.
4. This code should be continuously updated as the organisation grows and signed and dated by management and employees should be notified of these changes.
5. The topics that might be covered in this code could relate to record keeping, contract formation, client confidentiality, supplier relationships e.t.c

Disciplinary Step
If an employee fails to follow the 'Code of Ethics' or misbehaves in a way which in not appropriate in regards to the organisations policies or procedures, then certain action must be taken. There are five steps that must be followed before an employee can actually be fired from a job. Employees need to be aware of the disciplinary action stages and should at no time be surprised that disciplinary action could result in termination of employment for any inappropriate action in the workplace.
Stages
1. Caution
2. Verbal Warning
3. Written Warning
4. Final Warning
5. Disciplinary Action
1. Caution
This caution will take place between the manager and the employee and involves putting the employee on notice that their behaviour has been noticed. The reason an employee might be given a caution could be in regards to absenteeism or misuse of company time. Sometimes a caution could just be what the employee needs to make them aware that they are misbehaving. Also the caution allows the employer to find out exactly what it is that is wrong with the employee. They might be having personal problems at home or in fact might be under extreme pressure at work. A caution still needs to be recorded in an employee's file.
2. Verbal Warning
A verbal warning while verbal is still recorded on an employee's file. Again if a caution has not resulted in a change in the employee's behaviour then a verbal warning is issued. This is the first serious step toward notifying an employee that management are not happy with their behaviour. All warnings needs to be recorded in an employee's file in case of conflict with any decisions made later on. When a verbal warning is issued usually it is followed by a trial period where the employee must try to improve their performance or adjust their behaviour. Both parties in this instance would come to some agreed terms and would work together to help solve the problem that has occurred. Once the time frame is reached and no further problems have occurred, the note on the employees file could be removed.
3. Written Warning
A written warning involves giving the employee a letter stating that their behaviour is not appropriate. It follows a caution and a verbal warning. It would also be recorded in the employees file. A written warning letter should explain to the employees
- What the issue is.
- What action will be taken to correct it.
- A timescale on which it must be achieved.
Once the employee is notified in writing be it about their actions, attitude or behaviour they need to understand that management are serious and are not going to let this matter settle.
4. Final Written Warning
Once the final written warning is given to the employee they must be notified of the consequence of their actions continuing. If they do not follow the procedure and agreement that is reached between both parties, then their future actions could result in suspension or dismissal. Employees should never receive a final warning and not know how serious it is. The previous steps should always identify the seriousness of receiving a final written warning.
5. Disciplinary Action
If the previous steps did not work, then the final action to take is a disciplinary hearing. Once a situation reaches this stage, every previous action taken by the employer will be evaluated to ensure that an employee was not unfairly dismissed. It is up to the employer to be able to ensure that they tried to work with the employee to improve the situation.
When a disciplinary hearing is held both sides are involved. All necessary documentation is presented by both parties and each should tell their side of the story. The employee (defendant) should have a representative present who understands the seriousness of the situation. Once the evidence is heard the employee leaves the room and time is taken to reach a decision. This is to ensure that there is no bias or previous ruling made in regards to the situation.

1. Caution
This caution will take place between the manager and the employee and involves putting the employee on notice that their behaviour has been noticed. 2. Verbal Warning
A verbal warning while verbal is still recorded on an employee's file. Again if a caution has not resulted in a change in the employee's behaviour then a verbal warning is issued. This is the first serious step toward notifying an employee that management are not happy with their behaviour. All warnings needs to be recorded in an employee's file in case of conflict with any decisions made later on. When a verbal warning is issued usually it is followed by a trial period where the employee must try to improve their performance or adjust their behaviour. Both parties in this instance would come to some agreed terms and would work together to help solve the problem that has occurred. Once the time frame is reached and no further problems have occurred, the note on the employees file could be removed.
3. Written Warning
A written warning involves giving the employee a letter stating that their behaviour is not appropriate. It follows a caution and a verbal warning. It would also be recorded in the employees file. A written warning letter should explain to the employees
- What the issue is.
- What action will be taken to correct it.
- A timescale on which it must be achieved.
Once the employee is notified in writing be it about their actions, attitude or behaviour they need to understand that management are serious and are not going to let this matter settle.
4. Final Written Warning
Once the final written warning is given to the employee they must be notified of the consequence of their actions continuing. If they do not follow the procedure and agreement that is reached between both parties, then their future actions could result in suspension or dismissal. Employees should never receive a final warning and not know how serious it is. The previous steps should always identify the seriousness of receiving a final written warning.
5. Disciplinary Action
If the previous steps did not work, then the final action to take is a disciplinary hearing. Once a situation reaches this stage, every previous action taken by the employer will be evaluated to ensure that an employee was not unfairly dismissed. It is up to the employer to be able to ensure that they tried to work with the employee to improve the situation.
When a disciplinary hearing is held both sides are involved. All necessary documentation is presented by both parties and each should tell their side of the story. The employee (defendant) should have a representative present who understands the seriousness of the situation.
