6 Celebrities With Real-Life Super Powers

Some actors play super heroes on the silver screen, while others have real-life super abilities. Here are six of them.

Marilu Henner. Henner, best known for her role as Elaine O'Connor Nardo on the television classic "Taxi", is one of the few people who have been diagnosed with hyperthymesia (better known as Superior Autobiographical Memory), which allows her to remember and recall details from practically every day of her life...like the day she fizzled into obscurity, for instance.

Bob Barker. No, his hidden talent has nothing to with spaying or neutering pets. The beloved "Price Is Right" host's secret super power is the ability to deliver a roundhouse kick to the side of your head. That's right...Barker was a karate practitioner for over 25 years. Barker's karate instructor? None other than Chuck Norris himself.

Geena Davis. There aren't many Oscar-winning actresses who have the ability to become a real-life comic book hero, but Geena Davis can. An avid archery enthusiast, Davis finished 29th out of 300 female archers in the 1999 national championships, nearly earning a spot on the Olympic archery team. Combine this with the fact that she is 6'0", a master of several languages, and also a member of the uber-elite brain squad known as Mensa, and Geena Davis makes Rambo seem as intimidating as your grandma.

Michael Crichton. He's not only a best-selling author, but also an astral projectionist who details his ability to self-induce out of body experiences in his 1988 non-fiction book "Travels".

Richard Dreyfuss. The star of "Jaws" and "Mr. Holland's Opus" has publicly admitted to having a strange ability that extends beyond acting- communicating with the dead! A hardcore drug addict in the 70s, the actor was involved in a serious car crash. According to Dreyfuss, he began seeing the ghostly figure of a young woman on a regular basis, and the actor credits the ghost with helping him kick his cocaine habit.

Peter Sellers. Best known for his portrayal of Inspector Clouseau in the "Pink Panther" films, Sellers lived his life with the firm belief that he had a spirit guide with whom he communicated. Sellers believed that his spirit guide was the 19th century pantomime artist Dan Leno. But that's not what earned Mr. Sellers a spot on this list...it's the fact that he actually returned from the dead. In 1964, Sellers suffered a series of heart attacks in rapid succession, and for several seconds he was considered clinically dead by doctors.

There you have it. From photographic memory to rising from the dead, these are six celebrities with real-life incredible abilities.
