Social networking has never been as big as it is right now, but it will only get bigger. The question is will it get better. As of right now Facebook (in my opinion) is not getting better. Why? The answer, it's owned by big money investors that have a say in the development and money making aspects of the social site. That translates into, more ads, more annoyances and so forth.
