To Make Kidney Healthy by Foot massage

It is said in Emperor After, a famous traditional Chinese medical book, kidney is the important organ in our bodies. It determines whether you will be energetic or not and whether your reproductive capacity is good. If your kidney is weak, you may feel cold often. Your waist may often feel sore, and you may have the symptoms of frequent urination. If you are a lady, you may look senile. Therefore, for the woman, if you want to make yourself look young, the best way is to make your kidney in good condition. It is better than applying much expensive skin care product.

In a famous traditional Chinese medical book, the writer describes kidney like this. The essence of kidney is like the water from the spring. It roots in the sole of your foot, and can flow to every part of your body. Therefore, if you want to make your kidney healthy, you can do some massage on this acupoint. There is no need for you to eat many medicine.

Younquan acupoint is at the hollow of the forepart of the sole. If you draw a line from the connection between the second toe and the third toe to the heel, Younquan acupoint is at one-third of the line.

The following are some simple ways to massage your Younquan acupoint:

Massage Your Feet by Walking on the cobblestone road.

I once took part in a party, and met one of my old friends there. I haven’t seen her for almost a year. She looked rosy about the gills, and her eyes were fresh. It seemed she was much younger than her true age. I was surprised and asked her if she used any good skin care product. She smiled and asked me to visit her the next time.

When I went to her house, I found a cobblestone road built by her own self in the balcony. She pointed to the road and said, “I walk on it for half an hour every day. The cobblestone can massage the soles of my feet. I also buy a massage device for the sole. When I sit on sofa, watch TV or read, I will use it to massage my sole. I persist in doing it for almost a year. Now I feel my health is very good.”

Massage the Youngquan Acupoint by Your Hand

You can do this every night before you go to sleep. You can do it like this: First, grab the foot with one hand. Then massage the central point of the sole until you feel warm on Youngquan acupoint. If you are patient, you can massage it for a thousand times. If you are a little bit lazy, you can do this for several hundred times on each sole. After doing this, you can relax your feet by wiggle your toes for some while, and then put your soles opposite to each other, and massage the sole with each other.

Massage it with Your Thumb

You can press it by the finger pulp of the thumb. After pressing it for several seconds, loose your thumb. Then press it again. Repeat this movement for many times.

You can also bake the acupoint with some Chinese herbs, but I don’t recommend you to use this way, because it is a little bit difficult to handle.
