Questions You May Ask During Interview
You have to prepare and make study about the company and then prepare some rough questions that you can ask during interview. Having no questions prepared sends the message that you have no independent thought process, or are ill-prepared, or are not brilliant, or some amalgamation.

4. What are the extra activities?
Some companies will not give permission to do extra activities except work, which is not good for employees working environment. To make good environment there should be some activities that will help to refresh employees. So asking such questions will help to judge company environment of working.
5. What are the common attributes of your top performers?
There should be some reward for such employees who are performing well to motivate others to work hard and get the reward also. SO asking this question will help you to know how will company deals with top performers.
6. How do you plan to deal with annoying employee?
Ask him about how they deal an employee who is irritating and annoying others? It will help you aware yourself about the management and you review about the management is good enough to overcome such situation or they are not well managed?
