I had a customer who send me a fake check after she received the merchandise already. The account was closed and she used those checks a lot on Ebay to scam people. I should have reported her but I didn't. I guess when you do that you can get the merchandise for free and then close your buyer account on Ebay. I was scammed for fifty bucks. This is why you must receive the check first, don't ship your merchandise and then cash it out and make
sure that you can cash it out.
Customers complain about you
Customers can complain about you and it doesn't mean that it's the truth. They can just play you if they don't like the merchandise. I had a lady who complained about me on Paypal about the merchandise when it was her expectation that was too high or her assessment is unfair so my account was frozen for nothing, even when she received the merchandise.
One lady had received my merchandise and it was proved by the tracking numbers but she scammed me by saying that she never received it and she received free merchandise. I guess they can do this to you and if you don't refund them they will report you to Ebay so make sure you have a way to prove yourself.
Customers give you negative feedback
No matter what you do customers will always be able to screw you. They can give you a negative feedback and no one else would want to buy from you. You can be a good seller but every customer have their own idea of what is good when they received your merchandise. The best way to avoid this is to wait until they leave a comment first so that you don't have to have a negative comments cause they know that you can also revenge with a negative comment so they won't do it. It will also hurt their ability to bid on merchandise.

This is why paypal is something that sellers should beware of and might want to choose an alternative over them. There are many other ways to get payment online.
