Fair Weather Fans?

Are you a fan or not?

I am a major hockey fan, I am always a fan win or lose. I am from Pittsburgh, and I don't know if it just us or if it is everywhere? But this week it is very easy to see. Our team is the Pittsburgh Penguins, but I would assume this happens with every team. When we are winning everyone is wearing the shirts and boasting about how "awesome" the team is, but watch what happens when they lose one, or three games. I, myself posted anywhere I could that I "BELIEVE". Meanwhile after losing 2 in a 7 game series most of Pittsburgh was saying the season was over and blah blah blah. Well, after we played amazing in game 4 everyone was suddenly behind the team again. I, personally never gave up hope.

I just sit here thinking and am aggrivated at the flip floppers. If they are your team they are your team no matter what. To us it is a game, to them it is their job. If your favorite player has an awful game-so what?? They are still your favorite player, right? Well I know that is how I think. I never count out a hometown team until they are actually done.
And when the season is truely over, true fans show their appreciation for the season the team just had, they clap and they cheer and tell the team good job and see you next season! That's what I do!
So if it is your team cheer them on, wear your jerseys proud. Win or lose they are your team!!
