Now those who watch wwe in a weekly basis would already know that us title is no longer a proper prestigious title in wwe. It has been carried around by the legends like edge, rock veterans like rey mysterio, john cena, batista, randy Orton, Christian etc.............................

Now let us look at the past title holders of this year

Jack swagger - the reign was awful he barely defended the title once and lost it there itself

Zack Ryder- he didn’t managed to hold the title for two - three weeks but still the title reign didn’t gave us any memories

Jack swagger- now this one was a fluke .jack swagger beat the injured zack Ryder to get back his title... Again his reign was one of the worst

Last and extremely least

Santino marella - he defeated jack swagger to earn the tile. He is the current champion and has been holding it for 100+ days. Impressive, certainly not... He did not have any challengers other than jack swagger. No one wanted the title from santino .Ricardo Rodriguez gave a shot at the title but everyone knew he could not get the job done.


Now the title is with antiano cesaro but still he is not used wisely.


Now overall we saw the former title holder and current holder of this year there is no one who brought the prestige back to us title. US title used to be a stepping stone to the world titles. Now it is just a matter of time wwe removes the us title won’t be surprised if they combine the title with intercontinental title.... Wwe no longer show any interest in using the US title wisely... Wwe could have use us title to raise the standards to newcomers like ryback, Damien sandow, antiano cesaro etc....................

Any way if they use it wisely or not .if they remove the title or not, the US title had awesome memories which we will never forget...
